These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the IINM website, online learning platform, courses, training programs, workshops, certifications, digital content, services and related facilities (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Services”).

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Indian Institute of Neuro Mind (IINM).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the IINM website, online learning platform, courses, training programs, workshops, certifications, digital content, services and related facilities (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Services”).

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, enrolling in a course or program, making a payment, or otherwise using any IINM Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform or enroll in any IINM program.


1. About IINM

Indian Institute of Neuro Mind (IINM) is an education and future-skills institute providing courses, training programs, workshops, certifications and skill-development programs, including programs relating to Artificial Intelligence, automation, technology and emerging digital skills.

IINM may provide its Services through its website, learning management systems, mobile applications, video-conferencing platforms, email, messaging platforms, social media communities and other technology platforms.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform or enrolling in an IINM program, you agree:

  • To comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

  • To provide accurate information during registration.

  • To use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes.

  • To comply with course-specific rules and instructions.

  • To respect instructors, staff and other students.

  • Not to misuse, copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit IINM content without written permission.

IINM may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


3. Eligibility

Unless otherwise specified for a particular program, users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

Individual courses may have specific eligibility requirements, prerequisites, age requirements, educational qualifications or technical requirements.

IINM reserves the right to verify eligibility where necessary.


4. User Account

Certain IINM Services may require users to create an account.

Users agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, current and complete information.

  2. Keep account information updated.

  3. Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

  4. Not share their account or password with another person.

  5. Not create fraudulent or duplicate accounts.

  6. Accept responsibility for activities performed through their account.

IINM may suspend or terminate an account where false information, fraudulent activity or account misuse is identified.


5. Course Enrolment

Course enrolment is subject to availability, eligibility requirements and successful completion of the applicable registration and payment process.

Before enrolling, users are responsible for reviewing:

  • Course description

  • Curriculum

  • Duration

  • Eligibility

  • Delivery format

  • Schedule

  • Course fees

  • Certification requirements

  • Applicable refund and cancellation conditions

Enrolment is personal to the registered student and is generally non-transferable unless IINM provides written approval.


6. Fees and Payments

Course and program fees will be displayed on the applicable IINM website, registration page, invoice or official communication.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Applicable fees must be paid according to the communicated payment schedule.

  • Applicable taxes or government charges may apply.

  • Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension of course access.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

  • Payment transactions may also be subject to the terms of the applicable payment provider.

IINM reserves the right to change course pricing for future enrolments without affecting fees already confirmed for an existing enrolment, except where otherwise required by law.


7. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the refund policy applicable to the specific course, program or service.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • The course or program enrolled in.

  • The date of cancellation.

  • Course access already provided.

  • Course completion status.

  • Applicable administrative or payment-processing charges.

  • Promotional or discounted pricing.

Students should review the applicable refund policy before completing payment.

Where a separate written refund policy applies to a particular program, that policy shall prevail for that program to the extent of any inconsistency.


8. Course Access

Course access is provided only to the student whose enrolment has been confirmed.

Students must not:

  • Share login credentials.

  • Allow another person to access their course.

  • Sell, rent or transfer course access.

  • Record and redistribute restricted sessions.

  • Upload paid course content to public platforms.

  • Circumvent access restrictions.

  • Attempt to access courses without authorisation.

Unauthorised sharing or misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.


9. Live Classes and Schedule Changes

IINM may provide courses through live classes, recorded sessions, workshops, seminars, webinars, practical sessions and other educational formats.

Where reasonably necessary, IINM may:

  • Reschedule classes.

  • Change instructors or trainers.

  • Modify session timings.

  • Rearrange modules.

  • Update course curriculum.

  • Update learning materials.

  • Change the delivery method.

  • Postpone or cancel individual sessions.

Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes to affected students.


10. Certificates and Certifications

Where a course includes a certificate, students must satisfy the applicable completion requirements.

Requirements may include:

  • Minimum attendance.

  • Completion of course modules.

  • Assignment submission.

  • Assessment or examination.

  • Project completion.

  • Payment of applicable fees.

  • Compliance with academic and conduct requirements.

Completion of an IINM course does not guarantee employment, promotion, business success, income, admission or any particular professional outcome.

Where certification is issued in association with an external organisation or partner, additional requirements may apply.


11. Intellectual Property

All IINM educational and Platform materials, including:

  • Course videos

  • Recorded lectures

  • PDFs

  • Notes

  • Presentations

  • Assignments

  • Assessments

  • Graphics

  • Audio and video

  • Website content

  • Software

  • Source code

  • Course structures

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Other educational resources

are owned by, developed by, or licensed to IINM and/or the applicable rights holders.

Enrolment provides a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access the relevant educational content for personal learning purposes.

Without prior written permission, users must not:

  • Copy or reproduce protected course content.

  • Sell or commercially exploit course materials.

  • Distribute course recordings.

  • Upload course content publicly.

  • Share paid materials with third parties.

  • Repackage IINM material as their own course.

  • Create commercial derivative products from IINM content.

  • Use IINM trademarks or branding without authorisation.


12. User Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment.

Users must not:

  • Harass, threaten or abuse another person.

  • Engage in discriminatory or hateful conduct.

  • Cheat in examinations or assessments.

  • Impersonate another person.

  • Submit another person's work as their own.

  • Disrupt classes or learning communities.

  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.

  • Upload malicious or unlawful material.

  • Use IINM Services for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Violation of these requirements may result in suspension, removal from a program or termination of access, subject to applicable law and the applicable refund policy.


13. Academic Integrity

IINM expects students to maintain academic honesty.

Students must not:

  • Plagiarise.

  • Submit another person's work as their own.

  • Use unauthorised assistance during assessments.

  • Share restricted examination material.

  • Manipulate academic records.

  • Misrepresent qualifications or course completion.

IINM may investigate suspected academic misconduct and may take appropriate action, including withholding or cancelling certification where permitted.


14. Platform Security

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to IINM systems.

  • Circumvent security mechanisms.

  • Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code.

  • Disrupt Platform availability.

  • Scrape protected content.

  • Use automated systems to access restricted areas.

  • Interfere with another user's use of the Platform.


15. Third-Party Services

IINM may use third-party services for payments, video conferencing, hosting, communications, authentication, analytics and other operational purposes.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

IINM is not responsible for the independent operation, availability or policies of third-party services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.


16. Educational Disclaimer

IINM makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful educational content.

However, technology, software, AI tools, industry practices and other information may change rapidly.

Accordingly, IINM does not guarantee that:

  • All educational content will always remain current.

  • The Platform will always operate without interruption.

  • A course will satisfy every student's individual expectations.

  • A course will result in employment or a specific income.

  • A student will achieve a particular professional or business outcome.

Educational results may vary depending on the student's effort, prior knowledge, experience, market conditions and other factors.


17. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for maintaining the equipment and connectivity required to access IINM Services.

This may include:

  • Compatible computer, tablet or mobile device.

  • Suitable internet connection.

  • Supported browser or application.

  • Required software.

  • Microphone or camera where applicable.

IINM shall not be responsible for problems caused solely by a student's personal device, internet connection, software configuration or third-party service.


18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IINM and its directors, employees, instructors, trainers, representatives, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

This may include loss of income, business opportunity, goodwill, employment opportunity, data or expected results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Indian law.

To the extent permitted by law, IINM's aggregate liability relating to a particular course or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for that specific course or service.


19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless IINM, its directors, employees, instructors, representatives, affiliates and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Unlawful use of the Platform.

  • Infringement of third-party rights.

  • Misuse of IINM content.

  • Fraudulent or unauthorised activities.

  • User-generated content submitted by the user.


20. Suspension and Termination

IINM may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • These Terms are violated.

  • Required payments are not completed.

  • Account credentials are shared.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Intellectual property is infringed.

  • Academic misconduct occurs.

  • Platform security is compromised.

  • The user engages in unlawful or abusive conduct.

Where termination results from a serious violation of these Terms, the user may lose access to relevant Services and course materials, subject to applicable law.


21. Privacy

IINM may collect and process personal information required to:

  • Register users.

  • Process enrolments.

  • Process payments.

  • Provide educational Services.

  • Provide customer support.

  • Issue certificates.

  • Communicate with students.

  • Improve its Services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with IINM's applicable Privacy Policy.


22. Communications

By registering with IINM, users may receive service-related communications through email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or other registered communication channels.

These communications may include:

  • Registration confirmations.

  • Payment information.

  • Course updates.

  • Class schedules.

  • Assessment information.

  • Certificate information.

  • Account notifications.

  • Important service announcements.

Promotional communications may be subject to applicable communication preferences and opt-out mechanisms.


23. Force Majeure

IINM shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes, telecommunications failures, internet infrastructure failures, power failures or similar events.


24. Changes to Services

IINM may update, modify, replace or discontinue courses, modules, features, instructors, learning resources or Platform functionality as part of its normal educational and operational activities.

Reasonable notice may be provided where significant changes materially affect an existing program.


25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or IINM Services shall be subject to the applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms and jurisdiction available under Indian law.

The competent courts having jurisdiction over IINM's principal office location shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.


26. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to first contact IINM using the official contact details below and provide reasonable opportunity for the matter to be resolved amicably.

If the matter cannot be resolved through good-faith communication, the parties may pursue remedies available under applicable Indian law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer or legal rights available to users.


27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.


28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any course-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing use of IINM Services.

Where a separate written agreement has been executed between IINM and a user, institution or corporate client, that agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

30. Acknowledgement

By accessing the IINM Platform, creating an account, enrolling in a course, participating in a program or making a payment for an IINM Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
